Be vary careful with this Doctor(?????????). Do not let the clean office and big smile of staff fool you. Her knowledge is lower than a first grader with a horrible attitude. They are inspecting your pocket not your health. Get the consultation with other doctors .

I'm not an actual patient of Dr. Nikaeen, but a co-worker. She's got a great personality and very caring. I recommend her to whomever wants a couple of caring hands of an orthodontist in Los Angeles.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Atoosa. my retainer no longer fit and my front teeth had shifted ever so slighty. I had hoped for a solution that was workable with my budget that would just bump my teeth slightly. I was told the minimum invisilign estimate was $7000. They alternatively recommended Braces for a just few thousand less. I pleaded for an adjustable retainer or soemthing more reasonable. retainer quote was over $800..... EACH retainer and I was toldt he retainer would only keep my teeth in current position. I emailed my original orthodontist (from the midwest) who did my teeth 10 years ago. He felt so bad for my extreme $$$ estimates from Los Angeles that he offered to fix my teeth for free. He gave me an essex aligner that he made in 1 day!!! the aligner did exactly what i wanted-- just bumped my front teeth forward. He called it MTM (minor tooth movement). At full price it should only be $1000. I didn't know i had that option until i went to him! Pros of Atoosa: Very Kind, Nice Office, Great STaff, Great email communication, marketing deals Cons of Atoosa: Very pricey and didn't know how to do MTM =(

I have had a great experience with Dr. Nikaeen's office. She is very knowledgable, attentive and caring. Her staff are very prefessional. They always accomodate me and see me on time. The most important thing is my teeth are look ing great. After consulting with many orthodontists I am very happy I chose D. Nikaeen as my orthodntist. Her treatment was short, affordable and I have a beautiful smile. I highly recommend her :)
