Ken's background begins with his uncle's successful auto body operation from the early 1960's. From an early age, Ken developed a passion for expert craftsmanship with automobiles. He worked on foreign vehicles and developed a commitment and love for the industry. This successful foundation was enhanced with his business education and extensive dealer certified training as well as several years experience working in the insurance industry which provided a background in both foreign and domestic vehicles. Ken views his business clearly from the customer's point of view.
