The Japanese American National Museum covers more than 130 years of Japanese American history and culture. The museum's permanent collections contain over 60,000 artifacts, photographs, artworks and documents, covering a wide array of subject matter, including Buddhist churches in America and the incarceration of Japanese Americans during World War II. Located in Little Tokyo, the museum is just South of Union Station.
Open Tues. - Sun. 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Thurs. until 8:00 p.m.
Adults $8; Seniors (62+) $5; Students (with ID) & Youth (6-17) $4; Children under 6 are free.
